The small flats can accommodate from 4/6 to 8/10 people each: they have one or two bedrooms with double and 2 bunk beds, bathroom with sink and cascading mixer support, box shower with a rainfall showerhead, hair dryer, soap, shampoo and bath-foam, confortable living room with convertible sofa and 32”tv, kitchen (2 hotplaces) equipped with dishes and pots, fridge, electric oven and toaster.

In the pantry, always at guest’s disposal, coffee, tea and herbal tea, sugar oil, salt. Upon request, with small charge, we can supply food for breakfast or other food commission.

Other facilities: laundry and iron room, barbecue. Discounts (10%) are available for near restaurants and a farm-house restaurant.

Ideal location for those seeking peace and privacy, away from the noise of the city.

For the more energetic, the day may instead be devoted for trekking or mountain-bike ride to discover the natural beauty of the Park Sasso Simone and Simoncello mountains. Otherwise, we suggest a short car trip (an half hour) out of town to visit nearby charming villages or beautiful medieval towns, also museums and wildlife parks, spas and swimming pools, winter ski resort.

In about an hour’s drive (or less) you can reach: San Leo castle, Republic of San Marino, Rimini, Urbino, Sansepolcro (Piero della Francesca birthplace), Rimini and the Adriatic Sea, Pesaro.

The special offer rate includes: initial supply of bed linen and towels, exchange at the end of each week and for every new host, using the kitchen with dishes and utensils, use of laundry/iron room and barbecue. Does not include lump sum consumption and final cleaning costs (to added to the final cost).

If you prefer, you can choose treatment as B&B, with price per person. This kind of service includes: bed linen and towels, room daily cleaning, soap dispensers, hair dryer, breakfast. For the B&B basis, the breakfast is standard  Mediterranean type, to prepare yourself with the supplies: hot drink (coffee, milk, tea and herbal tea) fruit juice, toast with butter and jam, biscuits and yogurt.
